Online Athletic Clearance

Register My Athlete Instructions:

Physical Clearance Form (PDF)

  1. Go to https://registermyathlete.com/
  2. Click Create Account *Save your Login Info.* (You only need ONE account, even if you have children in more than one high school and/or junior high; do Not create another account if you have used Register My Athlete in the past.)
  3. Fill in personal account information (this should be the Parent's personal information). You will be using the site as a Parent.
  4. Click Submit
  5. Under the Parents head3er (Blue), click the button labeled "Click here to start/com,plete athlete registrations" (the first time you log in you will be asked to agree to terms and conditions).
  6. Click Start/Complete a Registration (upper left hand corner of the page).
  7. Click Start a New Regisration - this is where you will enter all of your Athlete's information.
  8. Click on Select School/Athlete/Year. This school year 2022-2023 ends June 202.3. Next school year 2023-2024 starts August 2023. Select all of the sport(s) you may be interested in playing. Click "Submit" and confirm selections.
  9. Com,plete Guardian & Emergency Contact Info
  10. Complete Insurance Information. Insurance is required for all athletes per State of California Education Code 32221. Students must provide evidence of adequate coverage or purchase insurance through Myers-Stevens & Toohey & Co., Inc. Registration cannot be completed without this information.
  11. Select Electronic Documents
  12. Read documents. Open and Agree to all electronic documents & document questions.
  13. Click Next Step after reading all documents
  14. Submit both Parent and Student e-signatures
  15. Upload athlete Physical Evaluation Clearance form. If you can’t upload the form online, bring it to the Office.

​Physical forms will not be accepted until online registration is complete pending for physical!

New Season/New Sport?  Login and start a registration for your new sport.

Returning Students need to log in confirm information is correct and complete steps 5–15.
